Flashers don't work S70 1998

Wierd - I picked my car up from the airport last night, didn't seem to have any problems with my flashers, until I had driven about 30 miles. Then I noticed they wouldn't work.

Ironically, I had a problem with the Starter fuse (50 amp) a week ago. Worked fine, drove 7 miles between offices, and when I went to leave, I had no starter circuit. Fuse was blown. I ended up swapping the Starter fuse with the ABS fuse to get started, and then went immediately to a shop to get a new fuse, but still...wierd.
