Help w/Fuel Line

My friend told me about this forum and said that I can find help with anything here. I have a '94 civic ex and I ran it out of gas. I put more gas, a fuel injector cleaner, and water remover into the tank and it still doesn't start. It'll crank for about 10 times and the battery dies. Any help or advice that you can give would be greatly appreciated.
