Lighting/electrical problems for sure! S60 2002

I own a 2002 S60 2.4T: I have replaced the passenger headlight two times within a year and a half. Now I am experiencing tail light malfunction and brake light malfunction. No doubt the Volvo has electrical problems when it comes to the lighting. A friend used the Lemon law on Volvo recently but he was able to show other malfunctions and won a new Volvo. Has anyone confronted Volvo with this type of problem or read anything where Volvo has admitted any electrical problems as such?? I am totally unimpressed with their service Dept. on Bird Road in Miami Florida. Any advice?
