Center Air Con Vent Removal XC90 2004

Any Volvo technicians out there that could give me a step by step for removal of the center air con vent and the center speaker grill. I am running some wire for my Garmin and need to route them on the upper corner of the vent. I need the radio grill off to place them correctly. Thanks
