1989 S70 SE T5 S70 1998

I have never owned a Volvo before. I am now looking at a 1998 Volvo S70 SE T5 with 178,000 KMs ( 110,500 Miles ), dealer is asking $14,500cdn with a 2yr power train warranty, I would like to ask for your opinion of this car as far as quality, problem areas, things I should check before purchase, is the mileage of this car a concern and what kind mileage life could I expect. I have driven the car a couple of times and it seems very solid and in very good shape but because I do not have any experience with Volvos I have some concerns ( mileage, parts cost, etc. ). Based on first impressions I can see why people become life long Volvo owners. Any help and information would be very much appreciated.
