Alpine CHM S620 850

I was just interested to know how may people have had problems with there Alpine CD changer. Mine went out about 6 months ago and I looked at it yesterday. Just looking at the web there appears to be a high number of people that have had problems with this changer and off course Alpine won't acknowledge it. It appears that the gears are jammed. Anyways there is a person here in Memphis that can fix them so I was going to take it there.
