Lighting/electrical problems for sure! S60 2002

I'm having the same problem with my 02 S60 AWD, at 600 mile, the ECU failed, took 2 weeks to get a replacement unit (they did loan me a car for the duration), head light burn out very quickly (about 6 mo), turn out they install the bulb/assembly upside down and the bulb is touching the glare shield inside the housing, I replaced the bulb and mounted them properly and had no problem since. Having the same problem with only the top mount brake light working, the check stop light warning is on every time I use the brake, no regular brake lights, replace both bulbs, no luck, will be returning to dealer Friday for the recall and had them look at the brakes.

Also in 2 years have 5 bended rims (17" wheel/tires), now using OZ wheels. Had been driving Volvo for about 10 years (had a 850T before), quality seems to get worst over time.

Anyone else has the problem with the brake lights?
