Radio Reception S70 1998

I'd make sure the new antenna is well grounded and plugged into the
back of the radio.

Also, make sure any connection in the trunk to the antenna cable
that runs to the front of the car is proper (no bad splices or
sloppy work).

The radio also has some settings that can be changed. Your
basic "secret code" stuff. See Jims info on this at:
