$5000 in repairs help! 850 1995

I just got back from Volvo and had them totally check out my car. It has 162K miles and totally neglected. I would love some assistance from any of you who might know if I can fix any of this myself or if anyone knows a good mechanic in the North Dallas area as Volvo quoted me $5k to fix all of this! Here is what they found:
(1) Blower Motor & Power Stage (my fan only blows at level 4) parts and labor $574.00
(2) Uppor Torque mount Bushing $158 (P&L)
(3) replacing instrument bulbs $220 (p&l)
(4) Coolant Cap $36 (I can do this)
(5) Front Pads & Rotors (I have some but they squeel soooo bad) $437
(6) Rear pads and rotors (same as above) $394
(7) Ink Rods (not sure if something was cut off of the typing here) $235
(8) Spring Bumper step clip (with the breaks) $55
(9) Major service $540
(10) Domelite Assem. $147
(11) Ignition Switch $214
(12) Repair Vac. Hose and fule pump for evap system $89
(12) Evaperator and evac recharge $1450!!! (ac doesn't work, we used to have to recharge every summer then suddenly last summer it refuses to take the charge, goes out as fast as it goes in)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
