$5000 in repairs help! 850 1995

sounds like my car with the exact same problems.
1)level four is fine for blower - why fix it?
2)unless you really need the A/C - why fix it? it will only crap out again.
3)bulbs, caps, and misc. repairs you can do yourself.
4)when volvo dealer fixed my brakes - thats when they started sounding like
crap. buy parts on internet and go to a brake shop.
5)start looking at Hondas
