S-70 Cruise control S70 1998

Hi all,
Just bought a used '98 s-70 GLT. First Volvo, got it pretty much sorted out, needed a window switch assy, new battery, front end alignment and an tire, just had the 60K service done. The only thing right now is that the cruise control doesn't work. I don't even see any apparatus under the hood for a cruise control, having had GM cars most of my life. I do know that the master cylinder was replaced by the dealer about a year ago, and the owner that I bought the car from told me he never used the cruise control, so he didn't know whether it ever worked, or when it quit working. I know that on the GM cars, quite often after replacing the master cylinder the switch for the brake pedal is misadjusted and the cruise doesn't work. I don't see any indication on the dash that I'm turning it on. All the fuses are ok. Any ideas where to look?
Thanks,
Bob
