bad mileage 850 1995

My '95 855t averages about 19 to 20 mpg (acording to trip computer) on the highway (75 mph) and about 18 mpg in town. car seems to run perfect no cel lights throttle body just cleaned, well maintained, I do have 205 55 16's as opposed to 50's on the wheels. Any idea as to why my mpg is so low? When I check the mpg while driving at hwy speeds It seems to hover around 19.5 mpg. That doesnt seem right , is it? Thanx for any insight.
