replacing a strut bearing 850 1996

My 1996 855 T-5 is creaking. My mechanic says the culprit is the upper strut bearing and mount on the RH side. These terms mean little to me so I am trying to get a picture of it locked into my head. I looked at the IPD webite and I *think* I've got it now:

The bearing is the circular part inside the mount
The bushing is the rubber thing that covers the whole mount.

Do I have this right? If so, can we replace the bearing, if that's all that is bad, and not the entire mount? FYI, IPD is selling it for about $110.

Thank you.
