Some minor condensation may occur in the winter especially if she is mostly driving short trips less than 10mi. Does she do mostly in town driving? It's a good idea to take the car on a longer drive once a week or so to evaporate some of the moisture.

For reassurance, keep an eye on the oil on the dipstick. A coolant leak would turn the oil from clear to hazy/milky. If you really want to be certain you can get an oil analysis done for 20 bucks: http://www.blackstone-labs.com/free_test_kit.html
