99,500 Miles - Tune up Questions 850

First, thanks to Brickboard and Volvospeed for saving me a bundle of money and giving me a winter hobby working on my 1995 850 turbo - you people are the best!!

Car is just about to turn 100k (original owner and not driven hard) miles and unfortunately, some LOSER managed to swipe my owners manual packet that contained all the service receipts I had but I remember most of what was done (manual probably long gone on e-bay - actually may have repurchased it unknowingly). Anyway, given all the info from message boards, I've performed the following maintenance over the last couple of weekends:

New front struts (squeaking spring seats drove me nuts and surprisingly easy job)
Front o2 sensor (pain in the ass knuckle scraper - CEL alerted me to replace)
New Plugs, Wires, Rotor and Dist. Cap (moderately easy)
New fuel filter (took me 10x longer to re-align the damn metal strap than to replace the filter - hard)
New thermostat (easy with a t40 socket - running cold over the last couple of weeks)
New ignition switch (car would not crank on occasion, more later - easy)
New oil filler cap (old one leaking)
New gasket/o-ring for turbo return line (leaking and easy job)
New dip stick o-ring (no brainer)
New pollin filter (easy)
New dash and console bulbs ($33 for 3 bulbs????? come on!!)

Over the next couple of weekends:
Tranny flush (s/b easy)
Brake fluid flush (s/b easy with IPD's kit)
Coolant flush (willing to pay so the dog won't lick up the residue)
Rear o2 sensor (dreading the hydrogen peroxide sting from the cuts)
PNP replacement (just a matter of time - planning an all day for this)

Checked all radiator hoses, heater hoses, brakes, everything the boards and Haynes said to check and all seems OK. Anything I'm missing?

With respect to the ignition switch, on occasion, the car won't crank on short trips and I had it happen today when I picked up the 15t torx driver from Sears to replace the ignition switch. After sitting about 5 minutes, it cranked fine however, I haven't tried to replicate this since I installed the new ignition switch. I have a new starter sitting in the box I purchased from a web site someone here recommended just in case ($125 is cheap insurance for this non-starting crap).

Sorry for the run-on but any thoughts or comments would be welcomed. Again, thanks to all for a great resource!!
