850 Turbo, shifting issue 850 1994

I have a '94 850 turbo with a shifting problem.

First thing in the morning, gear selection is normal, (reverse, drive,etc.)On the first acceleration it will shift out of first and feel like it goes to neutral. The engine will rev with no feeling of engagement. While coasting I can shift to neutral, let the engine idle for 10-15 seconds, shift back to drive and it will operate normally for the rest of the day.

It is not affected by the length of warm up time. I have serviced the trans. (Flushed fluid several times.) There are no active codes.

Any Suggestions?
