electric problems,tie in with alarm? 850 1997

I did a drain test last night. It is 0.49-0.55 amp. Then I have opened the glove box and the drain test increased to 0.65 amps. So it is not my glove box light. I checked the trunk. I don't even have a light in my trunk.

I also have a brand new battery, brand new ignition switch, brand new blower motor wich for some reason is not working now. One morning I was trying to start the car, it was dead but when I lifted up the hood I noticed or heard that the fan blower is on. I took out fuses #5 and #31 or #32 to stop it. It stopped but now it doesn't work when I put the fuses back. I also have to turn off my radio manually as it stays on when I turn the key off and out. What a pain. I love driving my Volvo when it runs but all these electrical problems are giving me a major headache. I never had so many electrical problems in any of my other cars that I owned. Shame for Volvo........if I wasn't a heady man myself I think I would go bankrupt on this car.
