Front wheel bearing???? V70R AWD V70-XC70 1998

OK, on hard right turns at speed my drivers side front wheel makes the "werwerwer" sound. Rotating tires does not affect it and I have been told by others its the bearing assembly. Car has about 99K on it. Can I change it with normal tools, meaning no special pullers, presses etc? Also should I get the hub assembly with or without the ABS ring on it? I think there is a choice. Alllll insight appreciated!
