i have an alpine mounted in the glove box nice and snug and it doesnt skip unless i hit a pothole, and it continues where it was when the car was shut off. other words it continues where it left off , i have the unswitched wire hooked up to the bacck of the radio it was the best place due to the fact that the changer wire has to goto there anyways. if wou need to know the wire color refer to bay 13 at volvospeed.com
