Oil in the PCV hose...is this bad? 850

Hi

I took out my 'flame-trap' today and found a lot of engine oil in the housing for the flame'trap.

Does this mean oil is getting sucked up from the oil seperater and burnt as part of the combustion?

What can I do to stop oil in this area, I thought it was only vapour here.
