Signal Light Problem S70 1998

Help!!! My S70 signal lights & hazard lights are busted! When I signal left or right, the interior & exterior light bulb stays on & doesn't do that clicking sound (i.e. on & off). I checked and all the light bulbs are fine. When I press on the hazard light button below the stero system, nothing happens, no flashing signals (doesn't stays on like the left & right signal) or clicking sound. I believe it is the "clicking" part that is broken (sounds like it is located below the stereo system), don't know what it is call or how to fix it. Please help! Thank you.
