I disconnected the battery again after it wouldn't start and it started again. This leads me to believe the fault has to do with codes. I haven't had the opportunity to check the codes yet so I guess that's the next step. I check brickboard often and appreciate not only the responses to my own posts, but also the posts of others as it has proven to be invaluable in the understanding of my volvo. I love my volvo even when others mock my dedication. I also very much appreciate this forum. I've had a little scotch. Good luck everyone, hear from you soon.
