94' 850 turbo cranks but won't start when cold - coolant level drops slightly 850 1994

just bought this car. very nice and very very low mileage.

did timing belt and dampener pulley at dealership. ouch! just replace front and rear o2 sensors as well. since, after running the car on cold days and parking, it intermittantly will not start when tried a couple hours later and occasionally on a cold morning. this sounds dumb but if i open the hood and close the hood it will occasionally start. something loose?

don't want to drive the car anymore cause i can't rely on it to start - no good with kids. any ideas? (no codes reading).

also - slight coolant level fluxuation (drop) sensor came on once - topped it and has dropped two times more - no visable leaks no fluxuation when pressure tested. could the heater core current excessive use after years of no or little use do this?
