850 vs 740 850

I have an '86 740 GLE and I'm looking to upgrade to a used 850.
How reliable are the 850's in comparrison to the 740's?
Can most 850's go 200,000 miles like the 740's and 940's?
Do all of the 850's have tranny problems?
Are there any other major trouble spots?
What are the best years for the 850's?

Any input is appreciated.
