If you want good reliable transportation yet get bored of a car after 2/3 years then lease most whatever you like. Many car companies have warranties and included maintanence in the first 3 yrs/50K miles. If you are looking for a long term keeper (5-7 years, 150K plus miles), I would say a Acura and just go back to sleep! Volvos/BMW's/Merecedes turn out to be "enthusiast" cars if you keep them for the long haul cause they need a lot of attention......if you can do it yourself...great! Otherwise I would follow the philosphy above. Just my 2 cents!
