Rebuilt C70 Engines? C70

Does anyone know where to get a core C70 engine, and where one would look to start overhauling and upgrading such a thing?

I'm interested in doing an engine swap, and upgrading the engine components to stronger parts, in an effort to boost horsepower to the mid 300's and torque as well.

Also, anyone been able to bore out the 2.3L engine to increase horsepower and torque?
