Engine mount or strut mount noise? 850 1997

I've got a squeeky noise coming from in front of the passenger side of my 97' 850 GLT with 87K miles on it. The sound is hard or nearly impossible to reproduce while parked in the garage, but it starts up as soon as I start moving. It seems to be worse when the engine is cold, but it is sporadic. It doesn't seem to get worse when I hit bumps.
I've heard speculation that it is either one of the urethane engine mounts or the strut mount. Both of these are legitimate choices.
I looked at Bay 13's description for how to cahnge the front engine mount, and compared his photos to my car and mine looks to be worn out. But I'm having trouble figuring out which part is the correct one to order. FCP Groton seems to call it the Side engine mount instead of the Front engine mount. Are these the same parts? Without a picture, it's hard to tell.
And how about the strut mount? Any advice on likely, and how difficult a job it would be to replace it?
Thanks.
