Bumper discoloration 850

I have a '96 850 GLT. The bumpers are body-colored, except for the tops, which are gray/black. I can't keep them from turning a light gray/cloudy color.

Is there anything I can do? I've tried Armor All, etc., but the problem comes back within a day or two.
