Throttle problem S80 2000

Currently my 2000 S80 T6 is showing following error codes:

0103 - Mass or Volume Circuit High Input
0118 - Engine Coolant Temp. Circuit High Input
0120 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Malfunction
0123 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A High Input
0124 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch Intermittent
0134 - O2 Sensor No Activity Detected ( Bank1 Sensor1)
0154 - O2 Sensor No Activity Detected ( Bank2 Sensor1)
0228 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch C High Input
0236 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Range/Performance
0238 - Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit High
0452 - Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input

All these codes were due to "Mass or Volume Circuit High Input".
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem ?
My dealer told me to change all the sensors which will cost me $3,700
Any information would be appreciated.
