Front end noise 850 1994

There is a hard-to-describe noise in my 850 5 speed. When I am turning slightly (not hard) to the right, there is an intermittent sort of a grinding/scraping noise. It is like the sound of a ball bearing that is hung up or not turning smoothly. Not very loud, easier to hear with summer tires on, and the garage has not been able to hear it or find anything wrong in the front end or suspension. Has anyone else experienced something like this? It has been going on for 1-2 years so maybe it's nothing to worry about.
