Foggy Windows when using heater 850 1995

Hi Suzanne, it's funny you ask that question since I thought I was the only one. It seems to fog up when I start my car, (95 Volvo 850GLT) and it takes a while to go away. I have roof racks on my car, and I recently noticed that they do not seal that well. When it rains there is drippage in the inside of my window. What I am getting at is first do you have roof racks and if you do maybe it's the leak through the windows that causes the fog.

Ron
