Adjustable throttle body??? 850

I think you did the right thing. The throttle body can get gummed
up and they do need annual cleaning. But they don't really need to
be adjusted.

Idle problems are often related to a leaking vacuum line. It would
not be uncommon for a 93 to have some vacuum line leaks. The ECU
will adjust for this but at some point it can't compensate and
then a check engine light is set.

Bay 13 has some trouble-shooting techniques for checking the vacuum lines:
