have tranny rebuilt or not?

i'm gonna replace the rear main seal soon. while i have the tranny out, should i have it rebuilt? i have a 94 850 turbo wagon with 194k miles on it. no tranny problems except that it makes a whining noise. it's done that as long as i've owned it though...... anyhow..... i don't wanna remove the tranny any more than once, that why i ask...... there's nothing wrong with it now, so should i leave it alone?
