v40 : keep it or leave it? S40-V40 2002

My V40 has now done 150000 miles and is going strong, just run in for a Volvo.
The oil needs changing every 5000-10000 miles depending on what sort of motoring you do.
If you do a lot of small trips then it must be changed more often.
The thing to watch is the timing belt and tensioners.
Local mileage I would change the belt every 30-40000 and if highway trips are normal then no more than 60000,and the tensioner every second belt.
Mine is an auto and the oil never needs changing unless the mileage is local.
The bottom arms are a weak point and will need changing after 130000 approx.
Of course the older it gets the more chance of sensors and electronic parts failing.
