A/C fan on high S60 2001

When the engine is cold and the weather is cold, normal behaviour is as follows: Fan is LOW for a couple of minutes (to allow engine to warm up as quickly as possible), then the fan starts on HIGH untill inside temperature has reached the pre-selected value (mostly a couple of minutes).

When you restart immediately after shut down after a long drive, the fan could start high but only for a few seconds, because all temperatures have been set allready. So imo there is something wrong.
