Tires, Tires, Tires S70

Time for new tires for my 1998 S70t5. This will be the third set for the car now at 173000 km. Previously I purchased the original Michelin Pilots but I want something this time that will:
- last longer
- still give a quiet ride,
- does not have to be Z rated (I'm over that phase now)
- good rain tire
- fair priced

Any suggestions??
