Sorry but it's also your fault for an incorrect guess. Your problem was not a bad ECM and not only do you still need to re-install your old ECM (or have the car towed), the real problem is yet another part. ECMs rarely are the real fault yet you can get "false codes" that indicate an ECM problem. Great stuff heh?.........NOT!!!

Like it or not, most things with electronics on all '99 on up Volvos require a dealer to properly diagnose and repair.
