94 850 Turbo Fuel System Relay '103', Where is it?

Looks like the the fuel system relay is going. Sometimes the engine starts right up and runs fine, other times it does not want to start or starts for a few seconds, sputters and dies.

My chilton manual does not show where to look for it in an 850.

If it is up near the windshield, is it near the fuses or is
it on the opposite side?

How difficult is it to get to it?
