Here are the answers to your fault code question.

241= EGR system: flow too low in system.
214= Engine speed (RPM) sensor signal polarity reversed or faulty.
113= Long term fuel trim, at upper limit (too lean).
232= Long term fuel trim, idling, at upper or lower limit.
121= Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor signal missing or faulty.
512= Long term fuel trim, at lower limit (too rich).

These definitions are from Volvo's own "Pocket data booklet".
I am not an expert enough to tell you what all the above means but at
least this is a start for you.
