S80 T6 Occasionally having trouble filling up the gas tank S80 1999

I have a weird problem with my s80. Occasionally when I go to fill up at the service station I start pouring gas and after a few litres it flows back out like if was clogged. When this happens, the only way to get it going is to start the car and drive around a bit. Obviously, everytime I have gone to the dealer with this problem they could not reproduce the problem. Anyone has any idea?
