HELP -soft brake pedal 850 1995

Issue: soft brake pedal
I just got my car back from the body shop after 1.5 months. All is well except the brake pedal feel.
I have new rotors and Green stuff pads and bleed all the brake lines a few months before the car got hit. Pedal feel was great at that time.
Now when I hit the pedal it gives a little before the brakes really start to grab.
What could be the issue? Air in the lines, vac assist leak, damage due to the accident?

Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
