engine torque rod bushing 850

While cleaning out the flametrap to other day on my '97 850, I made it a note to check the bushing for the upper rear engine mount because I've heard these often wear out. Well, mine was shot so I am going to replace it. I checked FCP Groton and found that they carry the standard rubber replacement and a 3 piece urethane kit that I guess replaces some more bushings in the assembly, i.e. where it connects to the firewall. IPD also carrys one which may be an easier instal since it is two piece. Anyone had any experience with such a replacement? The job looks easy enough.

On a side note, I haven't experienced any bad vibrations at all. I've only had the car for a couple of months and the only thing I have noticed is that it kind of shakes once right as the motor kicks over when started. But I have no other Volvo experience to compare it to so it may be normal.
