noise from front brake 850 1994

I've been experiencing a chirping noise from the front drivers side brakes for a while now. It started off pretty faint, and after I replaced the brake pads (with OEM) is now worse. When I replaced them, I noticed the piston side was nearly worn down, even though the outside had a fair amount of material left. I suspected a sticking caliper so I replaced that Saturday. The sound is still there!

It would seem as though I should look elsewhere for the problem, but the noise is definitely tied to brake use. The chirp fluctuates in tone and eventually stops when full braking pressure is applied. What could this be?
