Clicking noise on brakes, ABS? S70

I have '00 S70 GLT SE with 40K miles. About 2 months ago, I started noticing clicking sound on the front brakes while applying brakes at low speed (i.e approaching stop sign). I have since installed a new set of tires and replaced the brake pads. The clicking of brakes are less frequent, but still happens once a day.
I took the car to local dealer before I relaced the brake pads and tires, and they could not reproduce the problems and could not find anything wrong with ABS module.
My warranty is about to expire in a month and I am not sure another trip to the dealership will convince them there is an intermittent problem with brakes.
My question is, is this a symptom for ABS malfunctioning? and how can one convince the dealership about intermittent problems with the car?
Thanks in advance for suggestions.
