Dead Battery S70 1998

This morning I came out to a dead battery for the second time in two months. I’ve never had this problem with any other car I’ve owned (I’ve only owned the Volvo for 5 months). I checked for the obvious things that may have caused the battery to drain (lights left on, etc), but couldn’t find anything. This happened last month as well, with no obvious reason for the dead battery. Last night I locked up the car using the lock button before closing the car door, while usually I use the remote to lock it (for whatever this information is worth).

Assuming it’s not me causing this problem, (of course, it’s usually operator error) does anyone have any idea what could be causing it? Recommendations?

Thanks
Ian
