Idle hunting on a 99 T5 S70 1999

Hi there,

I've got a 99T5. When the car is sitting at idle, in drive, the rpm hunts around 900 rpm, oscillating between (I'd guess) 700 and 1050 or so. If I put it in neutral, it settles down a bit, but is still hunting. No codes are being returned by the computer, and it just successfully passed an emissions test. Any guesses?
