Diagnostic codes 436 and 445 Check Engine Light 850

Can anyone advise what the codes 436 and 445 mean (check engine light on). I have 1995 850 GLT Wagon and had both oxygen sensors replaced in August 2003 when I purchased the vehicle. The car has 103,000 miles. The only other sympton is heavier oil consumption than my prior Volvo, the 1993 960.
