SC-815 Amplifier 850 1994

I just purchased a 1994 850 Turbo with an SC-815 Cass/CD stereo unit in it. I believe this unit was not original with the vehicle, as it's not listed in the owner's manual for the year, but either way it seems to work.

Two questions:

1. What is the factory Volvo amp which plugs into the back of this unit? I couldn't find it listed under accessories on the Volvo website. What is the additional rating of this amp?

2. Sometimes when first powered on, I do not get any radio signal at all, even though the power antenna is up. Has anyone seen this with either this vehicle or stereo unit before? Antenna is plugged in securly to the back of the radio...
