V70 p0130 oxygen sensor V70-XC70 1999

My 199 V70 has about 70k miles. Recenty the check engine light came on; I had the code checked and it was P0130.

So I installed a new front oxygen sensor and had the light reset.
I drove the car about 20 miles after the light was reset. The car ran fine.

The next time I started the car, the light came back on. I brought it back and the code was the same, P0130. I had him reset it and it came back on within 5 miles of driving.

Does this mean the sensor is defective, or could something else be causing this code?

Thanks in advance
Roland
