Bosch sensors have a low failure rate but a bad one shows up every now and then. If it is the universal type that has to be spliced into the cars O2 sensor wiring, I'd take a look at the splice (four wires) to make sure they are clean, hooked up and not full of water, road spray etc as the wire connector can receive road spray if it dangles. If it is the "direct fit" type, make sure your connection contacts are clean. Pics of the connection location are on Bay 13
